Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

They have been a great help in the day-to-day activities such as new automations, updating features, dashboards, custom reports or preparing numerous Changes to update a large amount of data. We have also partnered with Xavor for larger projects such as deploying a new Costing module for example. 

They helped us with all the preparation that this takes. Creating System Requirements, preparing CRP & UAT scripts, preparing Work Instructions and data loading were some of these activities.  Their partnership was essential in a successful deployment.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The day-to-day activites have improved and fine-tuned our functionality within the system for our ~500 system users. The larger deployment of a Product Costing module has provided more visibility and accountability to our business users for the supplier costs via RFQs and confirmed pricing decisions in a historical context.

The Xavor team was great to work with as they provided the deliverables on time per the schedule and were responsive to our concerns or suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Xavor team is knowledgeable with our Oracle Agile PLM system and will approach requests with several options for solutions when possible. As the business needs or desires may fluctuate, they’re very accommodating and responsive with their solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xavor Corporation could have done differently?

Early on we had a few instances with delayed responses, but we were able to meet and discuss this. As a result, they were able to change a few things and update the ticket logging system. This has not been an issue since.

General on-time delivery; delays incurred were mainly related to nailing down customer reqruiements on the client side.

Responisiveness to queries and requests, both feature adds & support issues. We appreciated Xavor Corporation’s dedication to weekly team meetings to focus on timely issue follow-up.
