The Melon team are all offshore and also for the past year our entire team has been remote. This has never been a problem and the team have excellent communication and exceptionally good English language skills so we never have misunderstandings. We communicate primarily through Slack, hosting a standup call daily at 9:30am and a sprint plan every fortnight. We each then have 1-1 contact and catch up calls to discuss problems or share progress. Their communication is always excellent and they are very reliable on deadlines or letting me know if there are any issues meeting them and why.

I personally have nothing but accolades. They bent over backwards. They do what they say they're going to. If things come up, they’re always honest and straightforward. You know what’s happening at all times. They are really good at getting stuff done. I just trust them, in a sense. I don’t know. It felt like our guy was a little overloaded sometimes. I don’t know if he was just on our project or if he had multiple projects, but you always wonder if you’re asking too much and if he has too much on his plate. But, what we asked for and what we received was on time. They’re always helpful and always able to adjust and do what we need.
