We use our website 24/7 as a tool for ourselves & for our clients. All areas of the site must be functioning all of the time. Sol Minion does a great job of helping us maintain that ability.

I’m the CEO of Nestablish, a SaaS tool that connects buyers, loan officers, and realtors virtually, and enables them to obtain pre-qualification letters quickly so they can acquire the contract to purchase homes easier.

We needed someone to provide us with custom software development and maintenance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sol Minion was brought into this project to assist our previous service provider's development efforts.

Their team then became our primary software developer and they continue to provide our company with maintenance and support for several key APIs integrated into our system.

Our main point of contact is Peter (Owner & CTO).

Our previous software developer wasn’t able to keep up with the workloads, so they introduced Sol Minion Development to us.

Our main metric for success is the retention and bounce rate of our customers, and we’re able to keep several hundred users utilizing our product for many years.

Sol Minion’s project management is detail-oriented and extremely organized. We typically communicate through phone calls, text messages, Google Meet, and a chat support system.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their in-depth knowledge and understanding of current technologies. They’re very aware and in tune with the best OS and software we should be using at all times.

I can’t think of anything they could improve on off the top of my head.
