We had a few little problems during the development phase. However, if something slipped under their radar and I noticed it, and they were very quick to fix it. There was never a problem they couldn't solve, even if it took them a little longer. I consider myself a bit more of a demanding client, and they were totally cool about everything. I can't say enough good things about working with Chris [Baily] and Danica [Hutton]. Like I said, Danica was just on top of things through Basecamp, which was where we did most of our communication. I was never left in the dark with anything. Our previous site's developer, we wanted to get away from him because he outsourced his development work to someone in Vietnam, so changes could only happen at night. There were a lot of annoying things like that. I was happy to go from that to working with Forix, a professional company.
