What specific goals or objectives did you hire SLIDEFACTORY to accomplish?

• We wanted to modernize how our customer support and operations teams handled incoming requests. Our existing website generated a healthy volume of inquiries, but answering routine questions and routing customers to the correct department required too much manual effort. We hired SLIDEFACTORY to build an intelligent AI agent that could understand customer intent, assist visitors around the clock, and integrate with a redesigned website that better reflected our expanding services. Beyond building the solution, we also wanted guidance on how AI could fit into our daily operations without disrupting established workflows.

The engagement started with several discovery workshops where their team learned about our customer journey, internal processes, and operational challenges. They redesigned our corporate website with a stronger focus on usability, then developed a custom AI agent trained on our internal documentation, service information, and customer support knowledge base. The AI agent was connected to our contact forms, appointment requests, and customer support channels so visitors could receive immediate answers while more complex conversations were forwarded to the correct department. They also built an administrative dashboard that allowed our staff to review conversations, improve responses, and update knowledge without depending on developers. Before launch they performed extensive testing, trained our internal team, and remained available during rollout to ensure everything worked smoothly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our support staff immediately noticed fewer repetitive inquiries because the AI agent was able to answer many common questions without human involvement. Customers found information much faster, appointment requests became more organized, and our internal team spent more time assisting clients with complex situations instead of handling routine administrative work. The redesigned website also created a much stronger first impression during sales conversations. Prospective clients commented on how easy it was to navigate and several mentioned that interacting with the AI assistant helped them understand our services before contacting our sales team. Internally we gained better visibility into customer questions, which helped us improve our documentation and onboarding materials.

Project management was organized from beginning to end. Every phase had clearly defined milestones and we always understood what was being worked on and what decisions required our input. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to connect business strategy with technical execution. Many development firms focus only on building software, but SLIDEFACTORY consistently asked why we wanted certain features and whether there was a smarter approach to solving the underlying business problem. They translated complex AI concepts into practical recommendations that our leadership team could confidently understand and support. That level of consulting made the engagement much more valuable than a standard development project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SLIDEFACTORY could have done differently?

The only suggestion I would make is providing more written documentation during the earlier stages of development. Although meetings were productive, having additional reference guides while internal approvals were taking place would have helped us communicate technical decisions more efficiently across multiple departments. Aside from that, the experience exceeded our expectations and I would gladly work with them again.
