Instead of sending individual emails, the system saves time by automating everything. We have a good grasp of who’s working on what, which orders are ready to go, and which requests are outstanding. Having all of that information in one place has streamlined our organization, and we’ve been able to continue growing our business without having to add more back office staff for admin functions.
