We hired Infistack for making our Online User Onboarding software which was related to user onboarding with minimal human intervention using APIs which were Government Approved to solve challenges related to time, infrastructure, cost and human error. This software has reduced our TAT greatly.

We were looking at several companies for this project and this came via a referral. We ended up deciding them because of many factors like professionalism, great team coordination, result oriented work, etc.

They structured the project very well deciding on UI/UX then getting with the technologies like React Native and AngularJS. They moved in Phases and delivered what they had promised.

There were around 6 people working on this team with our team for discussions and development regarding the whole project.

They were sticking to the timelines provided by them and completed the project at the given time. They met expectations of ours.

Due to the size of the client base we served, and the diversity in our requirements, off the shelf CRM solutions were of little use to us. Our goal was to implement all our business processes related to customer accounts for a more efficient internal workflows.

Team consisted of 5 people including one project manager, two full stack developers, one QA and one mobile application developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our productivity related to customer query resolution increased by 5 times due to better reporting and digital processes.

We being a non-IT company did not use specialized tools and handled tracking of timelines and deliverables using excel sheets. The Infistack team provided us with git repos for completed work and deployed code on server. We went over the progress of the project on a weekly basis over a conf call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to convert offline processes to established digital platforms and guidance through all the steps of the process was the main standout point for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have followed the advice of the Infistack team on some of the planning aspects but they eventually made everything work so no complaints.

Infistack Technologies programs on Ruby on Rails to improve our platform features. They didn’t develop the platform from scratch; they represent a quarter of the workforce. They bring talent to the team.

We’ve been working with them for three years now; we began our partnership in August 2019 and are still working together.

We’re very happy about the quality of the work and stakeholders’ resilience. They’re great professionals; they find the right time and developers to help us.

They aren’t part of the project management, so they don’t provide support on that. We use Monday.com as a tool to track the project’s progress and Skype for communication.

Their resilience is impressive.

Their only weakness is coordination. They don’t provide sufficient support in terms of project management.

Just make sure you have a good project manager on your side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Outcome from the engagement was almost 100% positive. We were able to fix 100% of the issues reported on our community portal and implemented 5 major new features. Developers were able to deliver 100% of feasible tasks assigned to them related to IoT and the collection of sensors data.

Overall we did not face any major surprises related to the delivery of the software.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between Infistack's team and ours was pretty much seamless. They made use of all the tools we requested them to use like our choice of the communication platform, bug tracking software, and time tracking software.

Their willingness to jump on to issues with positivity and dedication to providing functional software is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Infistack doesn't have onsite engineers. All of their workforce is 100% offshore.
