I run Contractor Score LLC, a company that provides financial assessments for commercial construction contractors. We know the construction industry inside and out, with deep experience in construction finance and accounting.

The project involved creating a B2B mobile application to improve client interactions and streamline service delivery processes. The comprehensive scope covered native mobile app development for multiple platforms, backend API creation, real-time reporting capabilities, third-party integrations, and security implementation. All deliverables included the complete mobile solution, administrative tools, documentation, training materials, and extended technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since launching the mobile app, we've experienced substantial growth in customer engagement and retention. User adoption exceeded our initial projections, with strong download rates and consistent daily usage patterns. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we've seen measurable improvements in client satisfaction scores and reduced churn rates compared to pre-app metrics.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qodestar could have done differently?

Very little to change. More detailed initial timelines and additional demos during development would've been helpful, but overall the experience was excellent.
