      Having the same point of contact during the entire project has been great. We haven't had to explain our needs other than the first time and Raul understood what we were looking for. The dedication of their VP of Business Development was great. He has been there from the very first meeting and if at any point there were any questions on the project he would get answers immediately to help maintain the flow and communication. Making sure we continue communication through the project. Sometimes when the developer is in the process of doing the work it is easier for him to just continue it rather than stopping to let us know what the timeframe is. Making sure your customer knows where the project stands is very important!
