What challenge were you trying to address with Retailbox?

We needed to build a custom CRM.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Retailbox has built a custom CRM on top of GoHighLevel to customize the experience and simplify it for our mobile sales staff. The team has integrated the platform with GoHighLevel and created custom price book features that connect to our manufacturers, download the pricing nightly, add our markup and installation rates, and then put that pricing into an accessible price book built into our custom app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Retailbox's work has resulted in easier use of our CRM, automated follow-ups, and custom integrations with customer tracking. Our salespeople love how easy the software is to use and how it always reminds them to check in with customers.

How did Retailbox perform from a project management standpoint?

Mykhailo (CEO) is great to work with. He always communicates well and responds quickly to our needs. If there's an issue, I never doubt that he'll jump on it right away and resolve it ASAP so our sales team can continue to work on their projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Retailbox's quick communication and eagerness to resolve issues without pushback are impressive.
