From the beginning, the BRT team led by Vijay showed customer-centricity while executing the project. They participated in the design, and suggested architectural tweaks when needed but never pushed to us. The project started on-premise and then moved to the cloud, so a lot of technology refitment was necessary which Vijay and the team executed to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. They were flexible, worked late hours and during go-live their CEO Sree came on-site and spent the whole night with the team when the code was being pushed into production.
