Even if things don’t go exactly as planned, their communication gives me comfort to know it’s still going to get done. Their customer service is exceptional. Michael puts his personality into the relationship. He’s taken the time to get to know our business and what affects us. If he hears something relevant to our business in the news, he asks us about it. All of these things play into his counsel of how we move forward with the project. He adds a personal touch.
