Prion provides qualified personnel for IT Product Owner roles and development. The deliverables include IT product definitions, continuous improvement, and scope definition for new applications, managing the entire cycle from identifying the need, building the solution with the technical team, development, testing, to delivery.

Each project has different metrics, but automation has brought benefits in terms of improved process timelines that positively impact clients, resource optimization, cost reduction, and data access.

We build the project roadmap and timeline together to achieve the objectives within the defined timelines. When necessary, the Prion team provides additional support through extra working hours, as agreed upon jointly in a plan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Working with the team located in Brazil and serving different parts of the world is collaborative. People typically worry about speaking a language other than Portuguese, such as English and Spanish, which facilitates interaction with global teams from anywhere in the world and in different languages. The team has a strong commitment to work in pursuit of excellence. Both the Product Owner team and the development and management teams provide a comprehensive solution to create specialized work cells in various technologies. However, there is also a high level of adaptability to the company’s needs and priorities, making flexibility an important aspect of the value proposition. We have long-term employees, and additionally, there are temporary hiring services. There is also personnel management in case of any specific performance issues with one of their collaborators.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Prion Software could have done differently?

To strengthen Prion, it could focus on offering standardization proposals to work together with clients on product management processes and include AI technologies to accelerate value delivery in solutions.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to have architecture leaders or technical leads for each project/work cell, or by project, who are specialists in the technology. These leaders could guide teams with junior developers to create efficient solutions and avoid rework or risks due to the lack of required technical definitions from a more senior team.

Over 40 RPAs created and being actively managed. Over 10000 Hours saved on manual labor on a spam of 4 years.

They always deliver items on time, if something happens and there is a problem, we are informed in advance. And also whenever we need them, they are always ready to help.
