We expect them to really comprehend our business and interactions. AgileEngine has done all of this extremely well. Another challenge that we've had is for them to work closely with the platform team, which is from a different company. It’s difficult to get two vendors to cooperate with each other. They usually see one another as competition, and that's not good for the client. AgileEngine has done an excellent job of understanding our partnership with the other vendor and building a solid and respectful relationship with them.
