Our front desk supervisor at the resort said they did an amazing job communicating with her prior to photo shoots what rooms they needed access to, for how long, on what days. She said they followed up several times before they arrived to ensure she didn't have any questions and that no changes needed to occur to accommodate potential guests, etc. she ended by saying.....if I could just get my staff to be that proactive and then to deliver my job would be so much easier.

If they did notice they didn't mention it, I'm sure because they wouldn't want us to take that information and give it to the company we partnered with...but Super Crispy really wanted us to be successful and wanted to be our partner and it showed from the very start. In the early stages of the video, they will send us the script and we can see any changes we have made from their original ideas. Once we sign off on the script, they start doing the animation. The early videos were more difficult because they didn’t really know what we wanted. We had the idea in our mind and trying to get it across was very difficult. Now that we have done a couple of videos, it has become a lot easier for Astral Studios as they’ve come to understand our business. They are friendly, open to ideas, and they listen to what we say. They aren’t pushy, and they do what we ask them to do.
