A timeline was shared from 6ixSigma to show the process and milestones of when they would share the project with us and when they needed our feedback and review completed by. The deliverables were then packaged together and sent to us at the end of the project timeline. Email communication was sent when progress was made on the project and virtual meetings as needed too

Project management was mixed between Jason and Nadine and they did a great job in clearly communicating with myself in a timely manner. Sometimes there were some delays in responses but that was due to them being out of the office for production and shoots (which is their job of course) and they would typically let us know there would be a delay. The items were delivered in a timely manner. The timeline did shift as productions typically do so we remained flexible to accommodate and adjusted our media buys based on when we would be receiving our final delieverables. In the end it all worked out great and delivery of final deliverables was on time based on adjusted timeline

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of production and attention to detail during the shoots when they were here in Vernon were very impressive. This was the first time we had worked with a full creative production agency and we were impressed with how they took care of every detail of the shoot and enjoyed them doing the casting and working with models as that was previously something our internal team struggled to do well. 6ix Sigma nailed it with the casting and gave us some great options of diverse models.  They also anticipated some of the questions that I had in advance and I appreciated that they took note of some little details I mentioned and made sure to circle back about them to make sure they were properly addressed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 6ix Sigma Productions could have done differently?

I would say that mose of the areas of improvement were on my end as this was our first time working with a company like 6ix Sigma on a video project like this one. Any hiccups that occured during the project were mostly from some confusion from myself or misunderstandings internally. 6ix Sigma did a great job in working through those as we went and delivered an outstanding video which has been extremely well received and performing well in our campaigns.

CSFS engaged 6ixSigma to create a recruitment video as part of a recruitment campaign for Nurses, Social Workers, Legal, and other professionals to establish CSFS as an employer of choice. During the planning process, a recruitment strategy was developed and was based on our Practice Differently strategy. 6ixSigma developed a visually stunning and emotionally charged video based on the life cycle model of CSFS's services to individuals from birth to the end of life.

They are all extremely gifted and talented at what they do. Every production that I have seen of their's has always had an impact, from a visual and emotional perspective. They always seem to get it right with the message that they are delivering to the audience.

6ix Sigma Productions was hired to create compelling videography and photography for a tourism marketing initiative. Our organization brought forward a direction for the project with minimal detail and 6ix Sigma was able to create the story, organize and manage all of the logistics, and capture outstanding content while staying on budget and completing the project within the allotted timeline. We received a 1-minute video, three 15-second shorts, and 60 photo assets.

Any feedback or concerns provided were addressed promptly and professionally. We always enjoy working with 6ix Sigma on the many projects we work with them on.

We took a real story and created content around it. The videos are to be utilized in many different ways They have been used as traditional commercials on the local network. They have been shared through different online platforms. The videos have also been shown at various national conferences—the videos will be used to advocate and raise awarenessfor PG Hospice

6ix Sigma provided creative storyboarding through a collaborative process with DMC and the team at 6ix Sigma. They wrote, produced and directed the entire video production from start to finish. They were receptive to DMC's idea's and changes wanted throughout the process. DMC had a fairly quick turnaround deadline with an upcoming recruitment event, 6ix Sigma was able to meet our deadline and all of the deliverable dates that they promised at the onset of the project.

Our aim was to appropriately reveal our new Indigenous logo and jerseys- the first of its kind by any university in Canada. The issue was, we wouldn't have the actual jerseys in our hands until a date extremely close to the actual reveal.

The ask was significant. Find a way, in a very short timespan, to create and video and photo content that would tell the story of these jerseys; balancing a nod to the historical significance, while creating buzz in a very modern way. The team at 6ixSigma used creativity, experience, and tremendous planning to execute the plan to perfection.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work 6ix Sigma did allowed us to blow away any outcomes we had projected or hoped for. It is hard to fully measure it, because the video was featured, truly around around the world. I can say that the tweet that featured the video had the highest engagement rate, and accounts reached, of any tweet in the last five years from our institution. The video on Instagram was our most shared video, and had the most views in our account history.

The video was featured on local, provincial, and national news, as well as being shared globally. The project itself won multiple conference awards, including best social media campaign and best video. Additionally, it was awarded an international award from CASE in the video category. U SPORTS, the national sporting body we belong to, played the video at its AGM for all members.

The content continues to be utilized, even as recently as last week, when we unveiled a 55 foot long mural at our athletic complex, using images taken by the 6ix Sigma team.

Not only did they deliver, 6ix Sigma over delivered. They were given a near-impossible task, timeline-wise, and faced with a limited budget. And, somehow, their team exceeded all expectations, creating content that generated international buzz and telling a complicated, beautiful story. I would recommend them for any project. Truly professionals at the highest level.

Honestly, I can't imagine the work being any more impressive. I have had professionals in the field give their thoughts on how long the project took and how expensive it must have been. They are wrong, every time. It is a credit to the adaptability of Jason, Glenn, Daniel, Christos, and the team.
