BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Co-Owner and Head Brewer of a nanobrewery specializing in modern beer styles.

For what projects/services did your company hire Urban Toad Media LLP, and what were your goals?

We were just starting the company and had really only come up with the name. We wanted a logo and branding with a cohesive, modern look that was Nordic inspired.

How did you select this vendor?

We shopped around for designers, and had a few in the running. Ultimately we decided to go with Urban Toad Media based on their previous work.

Dawn was very communicative every step of the way throughout the design process. She was very amenable to any suggestions and changes we asked for, and was quick to deliver updates.

We worked directly with Dawn.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the team, we had our dream branding come to life. Everything going forward from the initial branding/logo design has been based around the wonderful work Dawn had done for us.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Being located in a different state, as well as starting this project in the middle of the pandemic, we had no face-to-face interaction. All communication was done over zoom and email, which Dawn made a breeze. She was always quick to respond to emails and was prompt to schedule meetings when we requested them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dawn's artistic vision and skill at capturing the direction we wanted to take the brand. Our requests and suggestions were very specific in some aspects, yet very vague in others, and Dawn was able to accommodate and suggest the best way forward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything went smooth as can be. In fact we have hired dawn for some product label design work months after the initial branding project.
