Their project management and communication were great. We mostly interfaced through email and all the communication was with Kos, who also did all the filming, editing, and technical work. He always responded immediately and it was really easy to communicate with him — when there was anything that needed to be edited out or changed, it was done impressively quickly with minimal back and forth.

I could only express my vision so well, but they’d ask us what we thought about certain angles and suggested shooting at other locations. Silver Glass was brought in at the last minute to help us out after another vendor fumbled the project. Silver Glass jumped right in and got to work. We were very pleased with their responsiveness. Elijah was very easy to work with. This was our organization's first professional video recording and Elijah was patient and understanding. Without much guidance, he put together two incredible videos for us to use.
