I am the Founder of Barham's Ozark Beef

We are a small cattle ranch in Arkansas that produces high quality beef products for consumers.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

It started with a short video highlighting our farm and the service provided to our beef customers. It ended up being a 20-minute documentary that our family will cherish for generations. They went on to create a commercial for us that we've aired on local television, our website, and our social media platforms. We also need our freezer trailer wrapped, and Twist Creative Studio did an amazing job and worked well with the company who did the wrap. They've also created logos, designed our boxes, and consulted on numerous occasions. They are an amazing team!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overall measurable outcome is that our business has consistantely grown over the years. Customers who have watched our videos trust our product immediately. We get compliments on our freezer trailer constantly. Locally, our brand is one that folks point towards as an example on how to brand a business. We don't have exact measurements, but we are thriving after being in business for five years thanks to the work of Twist Creative Studios. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We were impressed with how detailed their process was. Each video script was planned down to the second. The logos, box designs, and the trailer wrap were designed only after extensive conversation and a deep dive into who we were as a company. The management team looked at our project as it were their own. All questions were answered, and adjustments were made when asked. We felt their team was a part of our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal nature in which they worked is what impressed us most. They had amazing equipment, and their creativity was off the charts. But it was how much they cared about our business that was most impressive. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Twist Creative Studio could have done differently?

I can't think of any areas of improvement. We were/are very satisfied with their work!

I am the training manager at FutureFuel chemical Company. We are a Chemical and Bio-Fuel company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Twist Creative Studio, LLC, and what were your goals?

We hired Twist Creative Studio to create a video for us to use in our interview process. This video gives a potential employee a good overview of what it's like to work at FutureFuel Chemical company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a local company to could create a video for us to use in our interview process that would provide a potential employee with a good overview of the types of jobs and the work environment at FutureFuel.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started with an interview of Twist and a description of what we were looking to create. Peter and his staff came on site, walked through our plant site and developed a plan of action. They took a great deal of footage of our daily activities and different work activities. This activity took a full day, they then went through the editing process and developed a video for us to preview. With input from our staff, they then did the final edit and produced the final product.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Peter Bella from Twist Creative Studios. We were in contact throughout the entire process. We collaborated by email, by phone and in person. The feedback was very timely and very positive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After completion we used the new video created by Twist in our interview process. It has proved to be extremally helpful in providing an overview of our plant to prospective employees. As they say a picture is worth a 1000 words and a video is worth 10,000 words.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Peter has a very professional management style. The communication was prompt and professional. Peter kept us informed of the progress during the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Twist took the time to lean about our company and made a number of suggestions to improve the end product. It became apparent that Peter wanted the end product to exceed our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Meeting Peter and his team was refreshing. It's not often that a vendor exceeds our expectations in timeliness and quality of the finished product. I would highly recommend Twist for you video production needs.
