Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an advisor to David Webb, a heritage jewelry company that sells jewels to boutiques in New York and Beverly Hills and other fine jewelry stores across the country.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inoviz?

One of the most challenging things for a business of our size is that we don’t have a large staff. We have constant needs for photography, ad submissions, and retouching. But we don’t have the headcount to employ that in-house.

We simply needed a partner to work with regularly to do placements.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inoviz works in two areas for us. They shoot photographs and place advertisements on our behalf.

We work with the owner.

How did you come to work with Inoviz?

A former executive at the company introduced them to us for a very specific project. After that project, we continued using them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $100,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working closely with Inoviz in June 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received positive responses to our advertising. But the most important thing, frankly, is if the art is amazing and if we trust this partner to get what we want to be done. With Inoviz, we don’t have to think twice about it.

They’re the perfect partners. They, in fact, come to us regularly to remind us about our ad schedule. Their team is more on top of our schedule than we are.

How did Inoviz perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re totally on it. We communicate through e-mail and SharePoint.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their sheer professionalism. The team at Inoviz gets the job done. It’s so nice to have a partner where we don’t have to think about it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not particularly. We’re very satisfied.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Investigate what they can do. Their team does a lot of things and can do a lot of things. Make sure that you’re making the most of it.
