Please describe your company and your position there.

iocto -Made to Measure iocto has been involved in industrial measurement technology and automation since it was founded in 1979. In the meantime, the company, which is still owner-managed, employs around 140 people.

We employ scientists, engineers, technicians, software developers and business people who work hand in hand. Together with our customers, we develop custom-fit solutions and manufacture individual devices that exactly meet the customer's requirements and needs. We provide expert advice throughout the project and offer installations, support and comprehensive services worldwide.

Our services include:

• Controlling and measuring gas flows for pharmaceutical and food industries
• Measuring and analyzing sound in machines and industrial facilities as well as in traffic
• Measuring humidity in gases for the pressure measurement industry

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire MandaProductions, and what were your goals?

We have worked on an extensive rebranding of our companies visual identity for the last 2 years. Manda Productions created the video for the launch, showcasing the companies history, recent developments and most importantly the new visual appearance of the brand.

Our goal was to create a captivating video that would introduce the new brand to the employers while motivating and inspiring them to move forward with the company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a personal contact recommend the company and decided to have a call with them shortly after. The communication was extremely smooth and their visions aligned with ours which is why we decided to work with them on a personal as well as professional level everything went very well!

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We started off working with Manda Productions by having some calls describing them out vision and goals for the project. After this they sent us a presentation entailing all visual representations of the different parts of the video. Essentially, a very detailed storyboard.

We discussed all ideas and had another feedback round for the concept. After the storyboard was confirmed MandaProductions created A time schedule for the 2 day shoot and came to our HQ’s a week later where we shot the scenes. After editing the footage we had another 3 feedback rounds with them until we were happy with the result.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We were in regular contact with Antonia and Ve, the Producer and Creative Director with whom we discussed the initial concept and feedback with. We had regular calls via Microsoft Teams or in person.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was produced especially for the internal presentation. The feedback and response was very positive and the employees were enthusiastic. Therefore, we have reached exactly what we targeted with Manda at the beginning. In addition, we will produce further videos with MandaProduction for various purposes and will publish them.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

MandaProduction managed the whole project very confidently. They have 7 years of experience when it comes to the management of clients in multiple countries and this you can see on all levels of their work. Communication is fast and efficient.

We usually communicated directly via the phone, but the communication through email was also easy and allowed us to work efficiently with the third party involved in the project (creative agency). The feedback rounds were given via Vimeo directly in which we could comment on the edit and propose very specific changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive we found MandaProductions ability to adapt to any last minute changes we’ve had to make when it came to the scope and timeline of the project. Although we had to move the shooting days a couple of times due to health related circumstances, the company was able to adapt their schedule and find a suitable alternative within hours.

They were very understanding and motivated to make the project work regardless of the circumstances. Furthermore we were very happy with their way of working together with the creative agency we’ve been working with for months. They confidently and independently communicated with their project management and organised all necessary assets.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since MandaProductions is located in The Netherlands we couldn’t have as many in person meetings as we would have liked to have. Regardless we are happy with the way we managed to still communicate efficiently.

We constantly need high quality content for our social media and ads for all kind of marketing channels.

We were convinced by the type of material Manda Productions has produced in the past.

After discussing the wanted outcome in detail the team developed a first concept. We fine tuned it together until it was perfect. We really appreciate the creativity and energy the Manda puts into the process of creating the best material possible.

We worked directly with the core team of Manda.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the ads produced by Manda Production we were able to run the best campaigns on Instagram and Facebook ever. The amount of incoming prospects were far more than we expected!

The project manager was always reachable and response time was super fast.

Their team doesn't just create fantastic end results but is also fun to work with.
