pixelreflex MEDIA is a San Antonio video production and commercial photography company that helps nonprofits, public agencies and businesses tell stories people trust. Our work is documentary-style: we find real people, listen first and build each film around what they have to say, not around a stock script.
We handle production end to end: strategy and story development, pre-interviews, filming, editing, captioning and delivery. Services include brand films, testimonial and impact videos, fundraising spots, commercials and PSAs, event coverage, environmental portrait photography, content strategy and audience research.
Our team is fully bilingual, and we build English and Spanish versions into a project from the start. Chief Creative Officer Carlos Sanchez brings 25 years in documentary filmmaking and photojournalism. CEO and Executive Producer Steffi Ockenfels brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience with municipal utilities, education and nonprofits.
Clients include the City of San Antonio, SAMMinistries, San Antonio Pets Alive!, Petco Love, Edgewood ISD, LISC San Antonio, NPower and the National Museum of the Pacific War.
pixelreflex MEDIA is minority-owned, woman-led and certified ESBE, HABE, MBE and SBE through the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency.
