We arrange access with the onsite contact or a key and lockbox code, shoot at the booked time, and deliver content within 24 hours with an email alert. Everything is stored under the property’s address, and other staff can be added as users to access it.

Photos, floor plans and Matterport 3D tours are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, and you get an email alert with a download link as soon as they’re ready. Video usually takes a little longer depending on the edit. Shoots are booked online at a time that suits the agent and vendor, and our network of photographers gives us high availability across every city we cover.

Photography starts from $280 + GST for 8 photos, drone from $180 + GST per photo, floor plans from $100 + GST, Matterport 3D tours from $300 + GST and video from $540 + GST. Prices are the same in every city we cover, and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
