I wasn't sure that we could follow the schedule, but their CEO assured me it was flexible and would change depending on our discoveries during the first few meetings. That's exactly what happened.       We were really impressed right from the beginning. The kick-off call showed that they had done a lot of research into our company, needs, and roadmap in terms of deadlines and sprints. The team wasn’t afraid to ask questions if they didn’t understand something about our product to make sure that the integration with our CRM and other tools made things easier for our sales and marketing teams. They weren’t shy about getting the answers they needed; they were very direct to make sure that there wasn’t a lot of back and forth.
