I’m the owner of Grand Renovations, a BBB-accredited company specializing in premium home renovations, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home transformations, and custom upgrades throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEARCH STRONG?

I hired SEARCH STRONG to increase qualified inbound leads, improve our Google rankings in competitive local markets, and build a strong, sustainable online presence for Grand Renovations. The goal was not just more traffic, but better traffic — homeowners actively looking for renovation services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a result of SEARCH STRONG’s work, we’ve seen a consistent increase in qualified inbound leads and a noticeable improvement in our search visibility. Several of our key local keywords have moved from page three to page one of Google, which directly contributes to higher-quality traffic and more renovation inquiries. Overall, the improvements in rankings, lead volume, and lead quality demonstrate steady and measurable progress for our business.While we haven’t tracked a single fixed percentage across all channels, we’ve seen a clear upward trend in both qualified leads and keyword performance. Multiple core local keywords have improved significantly, moving from page three into page one positions. As rankings improve, inbound renovation inquiries increase steadily month over month, and the quality of leads also improves. The results are consistent enough to confirm that the SEO efforts are directly contributing to measurable business growth.Moreover, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in overall conversion performance. As the website structure, service pages, and CTAs are optimized, a higher portion of visitors begin converting into inquiries. This results in more consistent form submissions and calls from qualified homeowners, indicating a meaningful improvement in conversion efficiency compared to before SEARCH STRONG’s involvement.
