Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.

One of the things which came out as a result of us working with WillowTree is a significant increase of about 70% in the number of new leads coming into the organization. This is a result of the technology built by WillowTree. It's big for a non-profit to go from having a paper-centric environment where everything was being done in person, to leveraging technology and allowing a virtual relationship with the customer. That has been a breakthrough for our network of groups, and it's what will set the stage for significant growth.
