I felt like they were reading my mind and put together what I was visualizing but I didn’t know how to actually produce or communicate very clearly. For any problem areas, they would give us detailed feedback on the issue itself, the cause, the means of repair, and an estimated length of time for completion. Throughout the process, they were consistent about providing executive status reports to both their and our internal teams in a timely manner. Even though they were off-site, we always felt well informed. Although their work was always completed in a timely manner, it would have benefitted our office to have slightly more accurate approximations for our scheduling and budgetary purposes.
