It speaks the right language at a level that other people can understand. They went above and beyond by recommending photographers and organizing a photo shoot as well. They listened to us, which was key. We had a sense of what we wanted to do but found it hard to paint that picture. They delivered on our vision even though we weren’t able to specify what it was we wanted.
