Most indications we’ve had from comments on iTunes, direct communications we receive, is that people like it and its use has continued to grow. Each step of the way, we've given our approval and then moved on to the next step. They've met the deadlines. We've had to press pause several times, and they've been fine with that. They've accommodated our schedule. They've gone above and beyond and met with us outside of normal business hours because we must start our clinic at 9 o’clock.

We often set up phone calls to discuss new projects and also use online tools like Basecamp and Trello to track changes and manage projects more efficiently.
