How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew the work of Orange Oranges Technologies and after going through their online work, I decided to go with them for my website.

I sat down with the CEO of Orange Oranges and discussed what I wanted from them for my website. I did not want a generic website where a lot of content related to the health field looks like in our field.

I wanted them to customize the website so that it can reflect the goals and objectives that I had in mind for my clients/patients. They asked me to give them the raw material that I wanted for my website. After a couple of drafts, they sent me the final version that suited my requirements and we went ahead with the website.

I worked with one resource who did the groundwork and finalized the website for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My colleagues and patients gave me feedback about the website. My colleagues found it very fresh and professional without the repetition of content. My patients liked the ease with which they could find information about Homoeopathy and Nutrition and contact me.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I found it quite easy to communicate with them and the resource I was working with. Most of the job was conducted over WhatsApp and emails. I liked the way they handled the workflow across continents. I live In India and I used to review the work done during my working hours and send them the feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the suggestions and feedback I was offered after giving them all the raw material. They helped me with the design and aesthetics and that was a big part of the web design that my colleagues and patients appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was quite happy with their work on my first project. I look forward to working with them on my second project and based on that I will be able to review them again.

We were social friends for quite some time. During a discussion, I just asked him, and he said he could do it.

I’ve had 1–2 leads from there, and that’s good enough for me. Overall, their efforts are an aid to my clientele, and I’m content with their service.

Usually, we have monthly meetings. If there is something new, I tell them, and they incorporate it in the advertising. I write what in a document and send it to them by email.
