We've been working with them for just under a year. We've really taken our time, and they've helped ensure each process step goes smoothly. They've broken it up into different steps, and we've spent multiple weeks on each. At the weekly meetings, we ensure it goes in the direction we want and can collaborate. Each step of the way, we've given our approval and then moved on to the next step. They've met the deadlines. We've had to press pause several times, and they've been fine with that. They've accommodated our schedule. They've gone above and beyond and met with us outside of normal business hours because we must start our clinic at 9 o’clock.
