Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a construction data company. We provide timely accurate construction leads to suppliers, contractors and industry professionals. We provide construction data for British Columbia.

For what projects/services did your company hire Gracejan Design, and what were your goals?

We have upgraded our services to enhance the experience of our clients. We wanted to have samples to clearly convey the new benefits available to our clients and prospects.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Gracejan Design was referred to me by a person whom has great marketing knowledge and skill. After talking with Traci of Gracejan Design, it was clear to me that she had our best interests at heart. Our project required showcasing data, which is boring, she made excellent suggestions and we were confident that she could showcase our data information in an exciting way.

Traci of Gracejan Design took the time to learn about our data information and how it benefits our clients. She created 3 (multiple page) samples for our clientele. All of which required extensive modification to be showcased in a normal sized document. She applied consistent branding throughout all 3 samples. She was able to identify what we wanted to showcase and her designs exceeded our expectation.

We worked with Traci Rehill, owner of Gracejan Design.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our new samples by Gracejan Design have definitely influenced the decisions of clients. They have provided a detailed explanation of what our clients can expect if they subscribe to our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with Traci or Gracejan was flawless. All scheduled communications were adhered to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to condense information into what is most important to the audience impressed me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not have felt there was anything more that we could have asked for. We look forward to our next project with them.

Our website had been created over 4 years ago and had become outdated. Since I run the franchise by myself and am definitely NOT web savvy, I was looking for someone who could develop a more attractive website, but also be accessible to our my team members for training and supply ordering

I always want to be able to hire local, and after reading the reviews and chatting with Traci - I knew we would be a good fit

Traci developed the site according to what I said was needed. She had many suggestions along the way and once she explained them to me, she put them into play with my approval. If I knew all of the technologies (wordPress, PHP, chatbox etc, I wouldn't have needed to hire it done)
