We feel in tune and aware of what's going on and what's next. We communicate with them using Google Hangouts, phone, and email. Prolific Interactive, like other agencies, could do a little better job of looking forward and helping us understand where there are impacts—not what do we need to be conscious of for the next week, but what do we need to be conscious of for the next month, or three months, from now.
