Manhattan Book Marketing took charge of our social media marketing across Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, crafting tailored content and managing the day-to-day performance of our campaigns. In addition, they set up and optimized our Google Ads, and they are preparing to further expand our advertising efforts as we launch on Android. Their team also handles all copywriting for ads, visual creatives, and campaign messaging, ensuring everything stays consistent with our brand voice.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results have been substantial. Within six months, our monthly revenue grew by more than 10X, and our ROAS has remained strong and steadily improving. At the same time, our CAC has continued to drop, showing that the campaigns are not just effective but increasingly cost-efficient. Beyond metrics, their responsiveness, whether we needed new creatives, updates, or quick reporting has made a huge difference in the momentum of our growth.

Their project management has been excellent. Manhattan Book Marketing appointed a dedicated project manager who ensures everything runs smoothly. All campaign assets, reports, and planning documents are neatly organized in shared Google Drive folders, making collaboration simple and transparent. We also communicate through a shared Slack channel, and they use streamlined approval tools for creatives. Although we occasionally had to follow up on a small detail or two, the overall responsiveness and professionalism of the team have been outstanding. They’ve kept pace with our fast-moving requirements from day one.
