Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director of an auto dealership.
What challenge were you trying to address with ShootOrder?
We needed someone to manage our digital platforms.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They manage our digital platforms, handling SEO, PPC, and Google business assets. At this point, they're auditing and improving upon their work on a monthly basis.
What is the team composition?
There are around three people.
How did you come to work with ShootOrder?
They were referred to me.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2019, and the project is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been happy so far because their digital campaigns attract traffic and inquiries for booking our vehicles. Their work accounts for about 20% of our bookings. Otherwise, we generate conversions through walk-ins.
How did ShootOrder perform from a project management standpoint?
We had to do some hand-holding at first, but they were able to work independently later into the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their work has boosted our SEO performance on search results pages.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything is fine. We review them regularly and give feedback on how they can more efficiently target our audience through digital channels.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re quite professional in their approach. There's some hand-holding in the beginning, but that goes away with time.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing manager of an auto dealer.
What challenge were you trying to address with ShootOrder?
We were looking for a marketing agency.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ShootOrder took over all our traditional marketing projects, including Google Ads and social media management.
What is the team composition?
I have constant interactions with four people from their team, including Rajat (CEO). Naveen (Digital Marketing Consultant) is the project lead.
How did you come to work with ShootOrder?
We needed to find a digital agency, so I searched for well-performing companies in Hyderabad. I found ShootOrder.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with ShootOrder in the fall of 2016.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our focus has been increasing our presence across different digital spaces. ShootOrder has performed very well. They’re able to deliver content and make quick updates. Their team gives us innovative ideas on lead generation and customer engagement. They’re also prompt when it comes to reporting.
How did ShootOrder perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication is always through me. They send us weekly and fortnightly reports on keywords and social media activity. I submit those to my management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
In the digital space, ROI is very important. ShootOrder always encourages me to streamline the budget for generating leads. Their team looks at what’s working and what isn’t on different platforms. They’ve always been willing to come to our office for a meeting, and they always follow up with us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Digital marketing is always evolving, and they have to focus on that part.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients have to be proactive in sensing the market situations and plan accordingly on how to take things forward.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the brand manager for IPI India, which stands for International Pharmaceuticals, Inc. I’m in charge of marketing, advertising, and branding.
What challenge were you trying to address with ShootOrder?
Before working with ShootOrder, we were only doing offline marketing — nothing on the digital front. We scouted a few agencies that could help us gain recognition in the digital world, and selected ShootOrder. The main challenge was extending our product offerings in the digital space.
What was the scope of their involvement?
ShootOrder has provided SEO and SEM, Google Ads management, and social media management. The ads roll into our Amazon store, so we can track the growth of our order rates. For now, they’re managing our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube profiles.
We had a basic website that was done one and a half years back. ShootOrder added relevant keywords to it, changed its structure, and aligned the product offerings in a very convincing manner.
We have a weekly call with them to discuss analytics, and we visit each other at our offices once a month for a review meeting. We discuss any shortcomings and improvements, and what has transpired in the last period.
What is the team composition?
I’m in regular touch with 5–6 people from their team. We have two brands, each with its own account manager, and they have teams for Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
How did you come to work with ShootOrder?
We made a search on Google and interviewed a few agencies, but they either weren’t clear on the deliverables or were very expensive. We found ShootOrder after interviewing 3–4 agencies. They were reasonable in terms of cost, and they could offer the services we wanted.
How much have you invested with them?
We have a monthly retainer, plus the ad spend. We spend around $1,500 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with ShootOrder around May 2019, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen an increase in Facebook likes and impressions, and our online orders have increased from around $100 to $1,000 per month. We’re on the first page of Google for certain keywords as well.
How did ShootOrder perform from a project management standpoint?
They share Excel reports with us through Google Drive, covering all the metrics. Their team also prepares documentation for the monthly review meeting, which makes everything easy to understand. There are technical aspects I wouldn’t understand if they didn’t frame them in laymen’s terms.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re pretty serious about their job, and they optimize the cash we give them. They identify parts of the media spend that are unnecessary and advise us about it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their creative execution could be improved, in terms of social media posts. It’s just about mediocre, and I think it could be improved.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
They should be very clear about what they want out of Shoot Order. Having too many objectives can lead to confusion. If there’s a certain task at hand, it should be made clear to them to get the best output.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Merakhata provides services in the finance and taxation advisory area. Most of our customers come to us with issues related to accounts, taxation, and auditing. I’m the founder and CEO of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with ShootOrder?
We went to them for digital marketing services. The biggest challenge at the time was getting an online presence for our business. We knew that digital marketing plays an important role in this, and ShootOrder was a renowned agency in our location.
Our engagement was for ShootOrder to help us get a good brand name and a better online presence. Since we were new to the industry, we wanted to appear impressive. We wanted to work with the best company in the field, one that could cater to our requirements.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their major contributions are for SEO, social media marketing, and website development. They provide services for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The focus there is to get brand value and awareness among people. They’re managing our social media profiles and providing content for those pages on a regular basis.
What is the team composition?
The project manager is the reach-out person for us, and there’s a team of 4–5 people that takes part in our meetings. We go to a single person for anything and everything.
How did you come to work with ShootOrder?
We wanted to enter the market aggressively, and our motive was to get funding ASAP. For that, we needed a good amount of followers to attract venture capitalists. That’s why we decided to choose the best agency that was available at that time.
How much have you invested with them?
The overall cost so far has been $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with ShootOrder in November 2018, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The results were great in terms of SEO. Right now, we’re ranking first or second in our target area. We’ve beaten all our competitors. Our ranking has held steady for the last six months for certain keywords that are very important in our industry.
We have a good amount of traffic on our social media pages as well. I’m happy with their services. There’s no way I’d think of changing my marketing agency.
There are a lot of startups in our industry right now in India, so we’re in a very competitive space. The competition is huge, and the trend is that whoever has money will retain the best position in the market. Businesses with money do better because they can spend more on marketing, and that’s where we are right now, looking for funding.
At this point in time we’re getting 50–60% of our clients through digital marketing, or about 50% of our revenue. I’d say that 30–35% of our clients have come through the digital platform that ShootOrder built.
How did ShootOrder perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve been associated with them for about one and a half years, and it’s impossible to run a project without any hiccups. If something goes wrong on their side in terms of project management, the CEO will personally pitch in and help resolve the issue. The reason we continue working with them is that they solve problems immediately.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their CEO is available to me whenever there’s a concern. I don’t need to reach out to different people in the organization. I can just go to their CEO and get a resolution in 1–2 days. The second thing is the cost aspect. I’ve tried other vendors as well and I’ve always found ShootOrder to be the best in terms of cost.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing’s perfect, and they could use some improvement on the execution side, but any concerns I’ve raised were resolved in a small span of time. Experience plays a big role, and the project manager sometimes doesn’t have enough experience to understand our situation.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
The personal touch is their best quality. Whenever I have an issue, I can just call their CEO directly. I don’t have to go through a call center or wait for a long time.
If someone’s looking for good, cost-effective SEO services, I think they’re the best people around.

Within e-commerce, there are major channels for which we get visitors to the website. SEM [search engine marketing] has provided for a large reason for our traffic. Before ShootOrder, we did not have these kinds of results.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We work with them on SEO. They have helped us do much better in terms of ranking for specific keywords. They have helped us reach the top position for most of the cake related keywords. Cakes are more than 80% of our revenue. The services they are providing are SEO and SEM.
How much have you invested with ShootOrder?
We spend $5,000 to $10,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
The relationship is ongoing. It’s been a year and a half since we’ve been working with them.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
We use Google Analytics to measure metrics. There has been good growth in our search engine traffic over a year on year basis. The numbers are much better now.
How did ShootOrder perform from a project management standpoint?
I feel they’re well-organized, stick to the timelines, and their promises. They’re very prompt. I email them and they respond quickly.
What did you find most impressive about ShootOrder?
The head of ShootOrder is a young guy and is very hungry for business. He’s always on the go. He makes sure that he talks to our team about the feedback once a month to make sure we are happy with them. They&also have a very good knowledge of their core business - SEO. They constantly work with our technology team about the new changes that are required.
Are there any areas ShootOrder could improve?
They could get into other areas of digital marketing. We haven’t worked with them in other areas.
