Project management was really great. From the beginning, they provided a timeline with mile markers. They were really flexible in helping us change those as we needed to expand the deadlines. They very much handheld us through the process because we’re a law firm. They gave us a sample timeline, and we smashed it to pieces because we’re attorneys, and we move slowly sometimes. With end of year being in the middle of the project, we had to take a timeout on work because the attorneys were really busy wrapping things up for clients. They can definitely do things faster than our timeframe, and they can also take a lot longer. They told me they were working with someone where it took two years to do their website because of what the client wanted. They’re very adaptable. Having one account manager really helped; it was nice to have a seamless process with just one person.

We have conference calls on a periodic basis, weekly during the development process and closer to once a month now that we are focusing on maintenance. They are more than willing to communicate via email and phone calls whenever we have questions or requests. The whole experience of working with their team was really positive, which isn’t something you often get with third-party development companies.

The project manager was attentive, responsive, and diligent throughout the whole project. It was phenomenal all the way through and the fact they delivered on time was amazing. They have an online project management tool in which we could see every element of the project. Any time I logged in, it laid out all the different stages of the project in a visual way and made it very clear whether we were on time or not, and if not, what needed to be done to catch up.
