I am the marketing executive for a lara & son's network .

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Bakerz, and what were your goals?

our software needed to be explained in an animated explainer video.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Digital Bakerz team helped us produce the explainer video we needed using Frame.io. They provided scriptwriting and storyboarding services. Next, they created animatic to visualize what the video would look like as a still image. Finally, they created the actual animations. Finally, they added background music and a voiceover. Our video was iterated throughout the process to achieve our goals.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Digital Bakerz provided me with four employees in total. These included a project manager and a creative director, as well as two video animators who worked behind the scenes.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

as we progressed through the project , we would feedback to the project manager, and he would forward it to the animation team, so we were able to comment on specific design details , they shared their work through in vision and zoom , which allowed us to comment on certain aspects of the project

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we demonstrated the new video to investors and they were able to understand what we were offering .

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

It was easy to communication with the project manager and they provided frequent updates. if they needed to make a change, they informed us beforehand. The team remote, so we mostly communicated via video chat and email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The digital bakerz took the time to learn about our product , even though they had never worked with the digital bakerz before. They were able to suggest new ideas to improve the video.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

the video was very effective in communicating the key features, but i wish we could have met in person to demonstrate the product
