There were a few areas where I appreciated Storm Brain trying to solve the problem on their own and come to me with a solution. We may have gotten one slightly quicker by bringing me into the conversation sooner. Nevertheless, I appreciated why they didn't bring me in; their thinking was we will figure it out and come to the client with a solution (which is admirable as well).

Being new to designing a web site, I fumbled terminology and was learning about layout and optimization on the job. Edmund was very patient and his technical ability more than made up for my lack thereof. Of paramount importance still to this day is Edmund's exceptional customer service.
