I’m the managing partner of Simply Tax Solutions, an accounting firm based in Brisbane and Redlands. We provide personalized, innovative accounting solutions and proactive business advice to clients across Australia, focusing on more than just tax processing.

What challenge were you trying to address with OPO SEO?

We needed to update our website content, increase our website rankings, and help us reach our target client base more effectively.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OPO SEO has rewritten our website content to increase our SEO presence and update our content to work with AI searches. The team has also handled on-page SEO optimization and backend changes.

OPO SEO was referred to me through word of mouth. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

We started working with OPO SEO in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OPO SEO's work has resulted in increased client leads, Google ranking, and search results. Our client leads are up 50% year-over-year, and 78% of new leads closed are in our target client base. We've also increased the areas we reach when searched for and moved up the rankings significantly. For example, we've seen improvements in ranking for keywords like "accountant near me" and "accountant Brisbane."

How did OPO SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

OPO SEO has had a clear timeline of when tasks would be achieved. Any delays in delivery have been because we've increased the scope of work or changed our direction partway through the project. The team has shown flexibility in pivoting to meet our needs. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

OPO SEO's regular communication and desire to ensure we're operating on the same page have been impressive. The team has tried to understand what we're hoping to accomplish.
