Five Nines devises solutions we didn't even ask for. When the whole process started, the team walked in with their assessment and told us the high, middle, and low priorities. We told them one of our IT people resigned, and Five Nines brought out a folder and said, "Here's a solution we were thinking could happen just based on our interview." It took the pressure off. Instead of going out and trying to find another person, the team said, "Here's what we can do for you." Five Nines sees things that we don't see and gives us options.

Upon hiring instructions were if they keep our owner/CEO happy they would have us as a customer for life. They go above and beyond actually for all of us. They are very customer service oriented which in today's market is gold. The customer service is exceptional. We are 24/7 and they are always available. A few of us work at home and office and our systems are set up like we are sitting in our office. When technology doesn't work correctly they are there 100% to fix our issues. They're awesome at meeting and exceeding our needs. To us, that is 100% a keeper for us.
