Successfully designed and implemented a new IT Service Desk structure and ticketing process.

Established consistent processes for incidents, service requests, joiners, movers, and leavers.

The project was delivered on time with clear communication throughout. The team was responsive to feedback, proactive in addressing issues, and ensured the solution met our requirements.

A key advantage of Slink over many other MSPs is their dedicated team model. This allows us to build strong relationships with the engineers and specialists supporting our account, while giving them the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of our business, environment, and specific requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Slink could have done differently?

Greater visibility of SLA performance and more regular service review meetings would be beneficial to help track trends, discuss improvements, and ensure continued alignment with business requirements.

I’m the finance director of Standby RSG UK Ltd. We design, develop, manufacture, install, and sell innovative control systems, vehicle telematics, and warning equipment for emergency and special vehicles.

Slink sets up and maintains our IT infrastructure. They support our users in day-to-day requests and problem-solve any issues relating to hardware, software, and networks.
The team also adds value to our business by identifying ways to maximize efficiencies and utilize new solutions in our organization.In terms of specific technologies, Slink has rolled out new PCs and laptops, set up our servers, helped us achieve Cyber Essentials certification, and rolled out cloud computing within Microsoft.
