      We really liked how they took time to understand our processes, especially keeping in mind that they come from an IT background. Their IOT engineer visited the plant several times and sat down with the managers to identify the key problems and create the project blueprint. They had weekly meetings where they showcased the progress they had made. The best part was that they took time to understand our manufacturing processes. They didn't hurry the entire process.
