The design needed to reflect luxury while remaining trendy and user-friendly. Yes, they created a project plan with weekly deadlines and they were adhere to that. UX Design UAE uses Slack and Monday.Com for managing projects which are really helpful to keep track and manage. We hired 2 dedicated designers and we could track their in and out time and real time screenshots of what they were working, but we never really needed to follow up to that level, they were always on time and highest quality.

Their team lead and founder were personally involved and as he was staying in India during sometime of the project, he visited our office in India and conducted meetings and understood the scope in person. The two designers also spend many days in our Mumbai office whenever needed for meetings and discussions. These designers were talented professionals and the best in their fields.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UX Design UAE could have done differently?

Me or my team did not find any such things, maybe their accounting department needs to be a bit more professional, but their core UX team were the best.

The team leaped what we had in our minds. They translated the vision to execution without much help, which is incredible. At the start, they presented a flow chart and then implemented it into the design. From the beginning, their output surprised us and we could visualize the sketchy thoughts we had. They understood the foundation of the project very well. They didn't compromise on the tenents rather built it further.

At every stage, they were ready to improvise, take our feedback. They further researched and took it to a different level.

It was a two-member team. UX and UI. They were mid-level professionals but never ran out of steam. The lead was always available and had corrected us when we went wrong.

Onyx made it truly simple, we used emails and WhatsApp for communication, the best thing about Onyx is, there is no hierarchy, our team could connect to anyone, anytime for anything in the Onyx team via WhatsApp chat. We had a common group. We also used Asana for task management.

We are happy with the quality of work, the schedule increased a bit, because of the multiple trials and changes from the client's end, and the Onyx UX team was also ready to show as many options as the client wanted to see.

We had 2-3 meetings a week where certain user stories were worked upon and then review in an iterative manner, and that has helped us complete the project in time.

The project was to redesign a website where a lot of health and diet-related info was supposed to be listed. ONYX team shared the design options and the client liked both the options very much, we chose one of those options and turned it into a CMS backed functional website.

The quality of the final product was far better than the previous website, we got three times visitor retention and the inquiries to the nutritionist from the website became almost double within 3 months.

I was in connect with Amolendu only, he took the project brief and communicated with me and my client. I guess he assigned the design work to his design team and the back-end CMS was developed by his tech team.

As the digital marketer for this client, I keep track of this web portal for more than last 14 months before the redesign was done, after the redesign, within 4 months, the number of visitors was almost three times, the inquiries for slimming program got almost doubled from the website's contact form by two times.

I communicated with Amolendu only, he took care of everything, I never had to worry and the whole project, from design to final CMS building, was done within a span of 60 days.
