We had regular virtual meetings to review completed items and any outstanding work. They constantly asked us for feedback on how things were going to ensure they were in line with expectations. Their level of care for their customer impressed us. They seemed to really care about our needs, what we wanted, how we wanted it, and when we wanted it and ensured to deliver as expected. They were always on top of things which made working with them really easy.
