What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Packetlabs went beyond what we would have expected. Their tests were very thorough, and they uncovered many aspects that we would have never been aware of. As a result, I feel confident and comfortable that our environment is much more secure and safe.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Packetlabs was not only always onetime, but they were flexible as we moved though this project. Dates and times were shifted as we need, and everything they promised to do was always done on time. Response was beyond exceptional. Their pentester was always quick to respond to questions, and even dove into ways we could implement controls to ensure a solid and secure environment. Alan took so much time with me, and I could tell it was important for him to ensure we had all our issues resolved.

Packetlabs was incredible. Aside from the incredible service we revived from our testers - we found their reports were always easy to read and had instruction on how to correct any issues found during testing. Their team was very attentive and customer-focused.

No, it was awesome. I would recommend packetlabs anytime.

Their project management was excellent. We had regular status calls, and I was kept up to date on all activities. To communicate, we used Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise in testing exceeded all security partners I’d used in the past.

No, there weren’t any. The engagement went exactly as planned if not better.

Clearly identify objectives for the project to ensure that the time spent by Packetlabs is used effectively.
