Continuum Digital’s scope of work covered the complete digital build-out for our business. They  developed our new e-commerce website from the ground up, including product catalog setup, payment gateway integration, and custom workflow features aligned with our operations. They also handled the full launch of our social media presence, including branding, content planning, and initial campaign setup.

In addition to the website, Continuum Digital customized internal mobile applications for our home-automation services, allowing our team and clients to manage devices, service requests, and integrations more efficiently.

Ongoing work includes digital marketing support, SEO, website maintenance, performance optimization, security updates, hosting, and content updates as needed.

Alok patiently and diligently updated our website using a customized template through WordPress. He also took it from there for hosting with his company which has been great. He set up company emails for us, he helped us with putting our logo on our email signature, taught us how to do blog posts and was the general  expert "go to" person for anything that related to our website. He even coached us from time to time about avoiding scams.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have many more customers visiting our website now. We receive compliments on it regularly. It has been very helpful to have Alok available to talk to when we want to add or change something on it. This has saved us hours of time on a regular basis. We are also wishing to use him more next year with our social media/SEO.

Alok is always on top of things. He listened to what we were going for and very patiently worked with us to achieve our goals to create a better website. We do not have a good level of skill with computers so he made a big project quite manageable in a fairly short period of time. He is incredibly patient and respectful!

The way Alok handled customers was wonderful. His kindness and generosity shines through every interaction. He also was very fair with the pricing. He has a vast amount of knowledge and knew WordPress inside and out. He helped us to make decisions about things which was above and beyond the set of tasks we asked him to do. He always makes you feel like you are his only customer- a consummate professional. My only wish is to be able to use him more! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Continuum Digital could have done differently?

Hard to say as it was 2022 when we did the website over. I guess I wish there was a smaller plan to have him manage some things on the website as I was going to try to do them myself but am not good at it. I always end up asking for his help so I shy away from updating the website. I should be updating it more regularly, doing more blogs improving SEO etc. Business has been brutal this year so funds are limited.

We had several online meetings to discuss our needs. They are very process oriented in terms of scope documentation, quote submission and execution. we got several sketch options for our logo design, after that we received mockup options with color logos along with how the logos will look on the business card with various options. After branding, they started on the website development. We were amazed with the professionalism and processes shown during the execution.

A local project in charge in Toronto and the designer from USA both together executed the whole project for us.

We had arranged as per need base Skype / Zoom review sessions. They used Trello project management system for their internal communication tool along with Skype and Zoom calls.

They go above and beyond in supporting us with everything we need. We are non-technical but we feel Continuum is just like our business partners to complete us for all technology, consulting and future marketing needs, and not just a vendor.

I think they know what they are doing. Keep up the good work team.

They were recommended to us. There was a possibility of four other vendors but they were not the best fit as they lacked experience and had a high expected cost. We chose this organisation as their previous experience was great.

The new website was launched. The website activity had improved and more customers had started using the website.

Since the update, sales through the website had improved a lot. The results of this engagement had exceeded our expectations. The presentation of the website and the flow had met our goals.

Project management was great. The team at Continuum Software Solutions had consistently hit the deadlines and never fell behind. Tools used for communication was Skype and WhatsApp.

Our organisation is located in New Zeland and using an offshore organisation worked well for us. There was no issue with the language barrier or time differences.

What we found most impressive about Continuum Software Solutions was their impressive communication skills. Another impressive thing were their ability to always hit deadlines, never have we worked with an organisation who has been so prepared and organised and always hit targets.

We were quite happy with the design of the website, logo, flyers, and letterheads designed by Continuum software. The design has a professional look and futuristic and very well presented. We achieved excellent results in terms of customer satisfaction and most importantly direct sales. The sales were achieved by on-page and off-page optimization. We were able to see the reflection of this on-site traffic and in turn direct sales.

We are always been in touch to discuss anything important over Skype. Also used project management and SEO tools to keep track of activities and rankings. Very satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The guys at Continuum software had a very clear vision and strategy once they received the project. This ultimately had a great impact on the outcome. We’ve achieved total of 8219 impressions in the very first few months and Click Through Rate (CTR) of Avg 3.41%, which generated a number of new sales. We have successfully ranked 11 keywords in the top 10 and 15 keywords in the top 30 within just 3 months.

We are very happy with the results achieved and the services provided. We hope to continue this relationship going forward.

Once we assigned the project to them, we had a several Skype meetings to discuss the progress. We got really nice mockups designs and it was really a smooth process throughout the project development cycle to get the final web design done.

I was mainly talking with the director of the company for the project and he has assigned one local creative designer and programmer to get the job done.

We got the new branded website design with which I am really happy and got nice feedback from other designers and clients.

The workflow was very easy to understand and started with logo design, business card design and then website layout design based on the logo branding etc. We mainly discussed to one point of contact who is the director of the company to get things done. He had to make sure to get the right things done with his team members.

We are really impressed with the creative branding and website design. We also are impressed with the UX.
