4.5 Nov 14, 2024Stridely Solutions deserves several adjectives, like professional, organized, knowledgeable, creative, and accountable. Their most important attributes are their willingness to improve their product, service, and capabilities. There is a culture of growth in all aspects. One area where I can see Stridely improving – is the “packaging” or aesthetic quality of the technology they publish. This is equally the responsibility of their client to ensure and in many cases will be dictated by brand guidelines, but my advice to the team would be to develop a “Design Language” that is unique and recognizable as Stridely. Making it easy to use will ensure customer satisfaction. Making it easy on the eye will ensure customer delight!
