They’ve always been super flexible on payment. As a startup, I spend most of my cash on either them or marketing efforts and they’ve been very accommodating. Also, there was one miscommunication on both of our parts about a feature I was expecting. Although it was both of our faults, they were the bigger person and stepped up and fixed the problem, making it water under the bridge.
