Designli was always on time and responded to any of my questions within 24 hours. Moreover, they were consistent with the deliverables, and they completed each one before the next meeting. We had weekly phone calls and, at times, even almost daily phone calls to talk about the process. I even had phone and text conversations with the owner, and we had Zoom calls as well. I've only worked with another potential provider who didn't exactly do what Designli did. Still, the main difference between Designli and that person was the one-on-one collaboration with Designli's owner.

Their team performs quite well. There's a lot of transparency and they offer great feedback. I receive weekly updates with specific hour breakdowns on what's happened and what's to come. We communicate on a variety of apps. I’m in contact with Designli every day or every other day. We talk through any updates I've requested or their recommended changes. I can always go back to them if I want to do something different. It's been very much a collaborative process. They're able to make suggestions for items that I wasn't initially considering.
