The best part of the design is ultimately that Fishfinger were able to take our brief, and examples of design we liked, and come up with a final website design which was better than anything we could have come up with. Their focus on speed and communication paid dividends in getting the new website designed and built as rapidly as we required. Fishfinger had a strong focus on understanding our company, and an equally strong focus on making sure that we understood them and what they were doing. The design ability of the team is a strong asset for the company, and combined with the technical ability of the company it is a rare find.

I imagine it isn't easy to adapt to an organization's preferences, especially with so many people involved. Design is very subjective, so everyone has their own taste when it comes to it.
